Ingredients:
• Loaf of unsliced French Bread
• Butter or Margarine (to spread on slices)
• 1/4 cup of Honey
• 1 cup shredded Peccorino-Romano Cheese
• 1 Cup Feta Cheese

Method:
Cut French bread diagonally into slices approximately 1/2-inch thick (about 10 slices.) Place on baking sheet. Spread slices lightly with butter or margarine; drizzle with the honey. Sprinkle peccorino-romano cheese and feta cheese over the slices. Broil just until golden brown.
Notes:
This recipe combines the sweetness of honey and the tang of feta.
