Ingredients:
1/4 cup almonds
1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/8 cup oil
1/8 cup applesauce
2 tablespoons jam
Preparation:
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Mix wet ingredients.
3. Mix both mixtures.
4. Flatten cookies onto a pan.
5. Add a bit of jam on each cookie.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20mins, until bottoms are lightly browned.
