
Ingredients:
8 ounces pasta
1 bunch cooked broccoli floret, drained
5 basil leaves
3 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Cook pasta until tender; drain. Mix broccoli, basil, butter and cream. Add Parmesan cheese and blend with a spoon. Mix broccoli mixture into drained pasta; stir.
Cook, stirring, over medium-low heat. Add salt and pepper. Serve when heated through and well combined.
