Ingredients:
2 pounds farmer's cheese
6 large eggs - lightly beaten
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder - optional
1/2 teaspoon salt - or to taste
2 cups heavy cream or milk
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 13 x 9- inch baking pan or an 8 inch springform pan.
Beat the cheese until smooth. Beat the eggs with the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the cream. Blend into the cheese. Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pudding cool in the oven.
