Ingredients:
• Phyllo dough sheets • Pieces of skinless, boneless chicken, white or dark meat • Olive oil • Butter (unsalted, if desired) • Veggies (whatever you like, canned is fine too) • Dipping sauce, as desired
Method:
Put oil in skillet. When hot, cook chicken until done; set aside. Brush 3 to 4 sheets of the phyllo dough with butter and stack on top of each other. Cut into strips. Put chicken and veggies on the strips of dough. Fold up and put on a cookie sheet. Brush tops with a little more butter. Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until golden. When done, serve with your choice of dipping sauce. Notes: This can also be made with slices of flank steak instead of the chicken, or with just veggies.
