Ingredients:
2 oz. citron vodka
3/4 oz. blue curacao
2 oz. sweet & sour mix
1 oz. 7-up or Sprite
lemon wedge and cherry, for garnish

Preparation:
Combine citron, blue curacao, sweet & sour mix and 7-up in a mixing glass. Shake or stir. Pour mixture into highball glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a cherry.
