Ingredients:
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
8 chicken drumsticks
Lemon wedges (optional)
Parsley (optional)
Preparation:
1. For sauce, stir together honey, mustard, lemon juice, and orange peel. Set aside.
2. Grill chicken on an uncovered grill for 15 minutes. Turn chicken; grill for 20 to 30 minutes more or until chicken is tender and no longer pink, brushing with sauce during the last 10 minutes of grilling.
Note: if desired, garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
