Linda's Stuffed Mushrooms


Fresh mushrooms are stuffed with a mixture of egg, mustard, salad dressing, bread crumbs, crabmeat and seasonings, and baked.

Ingredients:

• 12 jumbo fresh mushrooms
• 1 lb crabmeat (cartilege removed)
• 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
• l teaspoon Old Bay seafood seasoning
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
• 4 Tablespoons Miracle Whip salad dressing
• l egg, beaten
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 1 stick butter (melted)

Method:

Wash mushrooms and remove stems. In a large mixing bowl, combine egg, mustard, Miracle Whip dressing, seasonings and bread crumbs. Mix well. Add crabmeat. Heap mixture onto mushroom caps; drizzle with melted butter. Place on baking sheet; bake at 350 degrees about 20-30 minutes, until heated through.

Number of servings: 6 servings (2 stuffed mushrooms each)
