Ingredients:
• 1 small jar green olives
• 2 8 oz. Pkgs. Cream cheese
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Method:
Drain olives, but keep the liquid. In a food processor, chop olives. Add cream cheese a little at a time; add just enough olive liquid to make creamy; add mayo and process well. Refrigerate.
Notes:
You can serve on bread and make sandwiches or on croissants or even on crackers.
