Deviled eggs with a little extra kick from Ranch dressing and horseradish sauce. A great cold appetizer!
Ingredients:
• 1 dozen eggs
• 1 tablespoon sweet relish
• 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
• 1/4 tsp. celery salt
• 1/2 cup (approximately) Ranch Dressing
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Paprika
Method:
Simmer eggs in salted water for about 25 minutes then drain, crack, put in cold water, peel and slice in half lengthways. Remove yolks and mash. Add Ranch Dressing.Mix well and add all other ingredients except paprika. You want the mixture to be moist but not sloppy. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture and garnish the top with a dash of paprika. Place uncovered in the refrigerator for 1/2 to 1 hour, then cover for longer storage.
Notes:
If it is still a little dry after all other ingredients are add more Ranch Dressing. I prefer Hidden Valley or Wish Bone Ranch dressing.
